Short answer: depends
Long answer: yes, but you have to remember that you can't actually list too many specifics on your resume about the company. remember that people list deals that are on going all the time on their resume- the important thing is to describe general details, rather than specifics (pharma, 5bn cap, etc etc).
Generally speaking, no one is going to grill you hard on the deals, or research to see if the deals went through or not.
