I mean, you're going to have a bad time if you think of IBD on an hourly basis...
But if you're curious, $70k prorated comes out to over $33/hour on paper (40 hours a week). In reality, nowhere close. OT policies do vary from firm to firm for SA though.
Yeah I am just asking because my compensation came in hourly form not monthly like other banks
Bumped street prorated
Usually NYC firms pay Salary prorated. From my knowledge, regional firms in the south/southeast pay hourly
Lower salary prorated
Also curious. Will BBs pay $85K prorated or $70K prorated this summer?
85k prorated is the offer i received
85k prorated, 2.5k housing stipend.
75k prorated, 2.5k relocation and overtime. BB
