IB to Industry - When to switch?

I'm starting as a full time analyst this summer in a top industry group at a BB. Unlike many others, I don't want to do hedge fund or PE, but management at an industry. What is the best time to transition? Go to B-school after 2 years? After associate? After VP? What do you think? I like management and strategy better than banking, but feel like banking is where you can learn the most (industry, finance overall) right out of undergrad. Thanks for all the inputs.

But generally after B-School is good if you want to head for upper management, though it is possible to get industry jobs after 2 years as an Analyst. I have friends who have gone on to running business units of various companies (usually smaller ones) after banking.

Personally, I would not stick around to be an Associate or VP if you want to go that route. Yes, the pay is very good and your hours go down, but your rate of learning decreases very quickly in banking. If your goal is to learn, I would do the Analyst program and then move on to either B-School or jump directly into industry.

Thank you to both feedbacks. Originally I was planning on B-school after my 2 year analyst program. But some people advised me to get more work experience before grad school. I know a lot of people who don't choose to go to bschool wants to do PE or hedge fund, but will my career choices in CorpDev be limited because I only had 2 years of work experience before school?
