Currently an ib sa at bb and realizing a lot of the time at the desk is empty/wasted on comments, taking notes, more menial tasks even for full timers. I always knew I liked market facing stuff more than just making decks (also hours/lifestyle seem so much better) and I was wondering what the primary way to go about lateraling would be at this stage - any thoughts appreicated
