Career Resources
Base salary for first year is ~85k across the street. Bonuses will vary between bank to bank and group to group depending on performance/group. Example: the corporate banking first years may see 15-25k bonus but their M&A counterparts may see 40k-85K, depending on the bank. It is all very relative to performance and group.
