These rankings won't really exist since it's such a small sample size (not to discourage you). Basically, it's wherever you can get the best M&A/LevFin deal running and modeling experience (second part will be harder, especially as you get more senior as an associate and get farther from the models). That means you'd also want to get out in between your first and second year, so you have enough relevant experience but aren't committed to IBD.
You're also going to want to target firms with more unstructured recruiting processes, since they tend to be more open to non-traditional candidates (i.e. not IBD analysts).
