I have landed a summer internship at a BB in IBD, and was wondering which IBD teams are most similar to S&T, as that is my ideal job. For now have heard that ECM and DCM are the closest, but want to hear more thoughts on this.

Broadly speaking, Capital Markets are the closest.
Corporate Broking is also more closely involved in markets, which you often find within the UK teams of banks in London.
None, to be honest. Probably DCM and ECM (in this order). But still very different.
