IBD programs for underclassmen

I'm looking into applying for sophomore programs for investment banking. Are there any non-diversity programs available to underclassmen? Is it worth applying and going through the recruiting process for these banks? My previous internship experience includes a summer intern role in PWM.

what was you previous pwm experience?

If we blame others for our failure then we should also give them credit for our successes.

You can do it. Network. That is the key. I got into a non-diversity sophomore program without any prior finance experience. It can be done.
