If anyone has any experience, what is it like? My Spanish isn’t great but I definitely have a decent base after taking it in highschool, and obviously open to learning and getting better before moving. But besides that, culture-wise and all, what are the insights?

Heard caixa bank does big M&A deals in Spain. Also learned that they certainly don't pay as well as the US banks
