When you are in your 30s, how much do you want to be realistically making each year? How many hours per week do you hope to be working?
For those of you who are currently working in finance in your 30s, how much are you making and working, and how did this compare to your expectations when you were in your early 20s? Are there any things you wish you had done better or differently?
Ideally director or MD, so maybe 400k + bonus

Yea def 400-500K at least assuming I want a house, have a family, cars etc..
