I've noticed there are some (albeit very few) IB analysts who either don't have a LinkedIn or keep their profiles private.
How do headhunters get in touch with these people? From what I've read here, headhunters go through LinkedIn to gather up a list up IB analysts at various banks to contact them regarding PE/HF recruiting. Am I wrong here?
