Would personally go with LSE as it is better known for IB & specialises in finance as opposed to Imperial, both are solid choices though.
I'm not sure how much the programs differ in terms of recognition, but I'd say LSE has a slight edge even though both are great choices. I've applied to MSc Finance at Imperial and there seems to be decent placement across BBs & EBs according to search results + my connections on LinkedIn.
