Important connect no longer responding - What to do?

So last spring I superdayed at a firm, got rejected, but still happened to connect really well with one of my interviewers. He reached out to me after the rejection since he felt it "unfair that I didn't get it" and from there we had a few calls, and he even took me out to lunch. It was all really cool and reassuring, especially since he told me to reach out at the end of the summer if I was interested in the position for FT. So I reached out recently, and he asked what times were best for me on the weekend for a call. I replied with times, and didn't get a response. Just prior to the weekend, I sent another e-mail following up. Again, no reply. This guy is usually pretty good with replying quickly too, so it 's a bit odd. Any ideas on how to follow up again with him without appearing too annoying?

Thanks guys

Guy could be on a complete bender so you may want to check all the jails/hospitals in the area. Follow up 3 days after your last correspondence with another email (preferably in the AM). If he doesn't respond by the end of the day call his assistant the next day to confirm he is not in a drug induced coma.

Due to a past experience in my own life quite similar to this, I honest to goodness can't tell if you're serious or not lol.

There is a good chance he has switched firms. I know a few of my contacts have done this, and some updated their linkedins immediately, some didnt

My initial e-mail was to his firm e-mail and he responded to the my first e-mail so I don't think that is the case.

I have to agree with beny on this one. Ring him up, and if he doesn't answer just leave a voice mail letting him know that you called. Worst case scenario is that you interrupt him shaggin' his girl; best case is that you catch him at work.
