In House M&A chances post LBS MiM?

Hi all,

I'm wondering what are my realistic chances of landing in-house corporate M&A post LBS MiM?

Specifically these geographies:
1. London, UK

2. USA - I'm a US citizen, although I've been living in Europe past 14 years.

I'm trying to optimize my time there and land something I'm genuinely interested in, such as M&A with decent WLB (like corporate M&A, decent being 9-6 and some wfh days).

Just FYI,
-My background: 2 years in blue chip budgeting finance
-LBS MiM job report '24: 36% went into finance (28% IB/PE, 8% other finance)
