Incoming Analyst at BB That Signed Before Firm-wide Analyst Pay Raise. Will I get it?
Hey all,Post headline really says it all. I signed with a BB as an incoming full-time analyst and will be starting this summer. However, I accepted my offer prior to my firm raising total base from 100k to 110k. I have yet to receive word on if I would be included on the pay raise. Would that be likely or unlikely? Further, what would be the best way to go about asking about this, if at all? Thanks for the help!
