Incoming IB analysts this summer, how much you dropping in rent?
Im making all in probably 140-170k as an estimate. However, I know that I should not factor in my bonus at all (Base is 100k). I really want to splurge out on an apartment for my mental health lol I think it is worth it. With how things are going and pricing and everything, I was looking at spending around $2.6k-$3.7k a month or something like that, along that range. I am very fortunate to have no student debt and am graduating with around $15k to my name. I just wanted to see what everyone else is spending to see if I am going too crazy or not.
