I just started at a boutique in NY where there is no training program...I feel like I'm not learning much and all they have me do are menial tasks. Is there a way I could learn shit like financial modeling, etc? (ie books, websites) Suggestions?

financial modelling using exel is a good book that I have heard about from people.
Try using that. Also, if they are not giving you a good training, then I would also, try to switch to some other firm.
