If by c&r you mean consumer and if you’re interested in PE, then would just note that those are very different verticals. Industrials comprises pretty boring but cash generative businesses, good LBO material. Consumer is a lot of growth a lot of the time, scaling food and makeup brands for example. But also mature buyout.
As for me, I'm interested in industrials, consumer, healthcare, tech, and financial sponsors.
