I am interested in learning more about Raine, as they tend to hire around 2 kids from my school every year. Raine is very appealing as analysts do both growth equity and advisory. Their focus on TMT is also appealing to me, and they have done very cool deals.
I am wondering the following:
-How good is their pay compared to more traditional banks?
-How good are exit opportunities?
-Do most people stay with the bank past their analyst years?
