Would also be interested. I have my second round for the SA2020 program this week
Very middle-market focused, culture not great. Very low return %, last 3 classes have brought back just 2/12. Not quite sure how helpful in future recruiting, as many don't recognise the name. People are nice, although you need to work really hard to stand out due to low % of FT hiring.
Was this for London?
They are only in London, no other offices
is the low return offer rate from attrition or from them not giving out a lot of return offers?
Bit of both, also something else to note is that PE exits might be a challenge - you'd most likely have to get FT at a better bank and go from there
