Info on Raymond James NYC?

Does anyone have any insight on the RJ NYC office? Looking to hear about culture, rep, comp, etc. What are the main groups there? I know their RX practice is based there; how is it perceived in the space and how are the other groups there?

The nyc office has healthcare, industrials, tech & services, rx, consumer (financo) and i’m not sure what else. Base is 105 for 1st years. I think most groups are hybrid (tuesday-thursday in office). I also think most groups wfh in the evening. Solid culture and RJ has been doing well over the past couple of years. Would say RJ is a solid MM bank and have seen people exit to BB/EB and MM PE.
