Informational Interview: In Person, After the Phone Call

So I've spoken with a VP on the phone and am now visiting NY to speak with him in person. He's already agreed to do this but I'm writing the follow up email and I don't know exactly how to say it. I was going to say "so we can discuss xx bank and your career path more" but we already spent 30 minutes on that. What other topics could I mention?

No need to overthink this. I used to get tons of thank you notes and usually just skimmed them before deleting. Just say: "Thanks again for taking the time speaking to me about X. I really enjoyed our conversation and look forward to meeting you in person in X weeks and learning more about the firm." Maybe throw in another sentence for fluff. That's it.
