When I have informational interviews with bankers, should I use my full 1-2 minutes story or make an abbreviated one that's closer to 30 sec? If I use this 1-2 min story, I feel like it’s more of a formal interview setting, which is not the vibe I'm aiming for.

Bankers are very busy people. They like to hear context to understand why they should care about you. Give them the 2min.
