Intermediate Fasting / Eating Schedule

Incoming An1 starting full time this month. I'm very into health / wellness and keeping a healthy diet. In college, I used to intermediate fast until noon / 1 pm everyday and then have 2 high protein meals (1 PM and 6 PM) + a snack later (yogurt usually) to get my protein in.

I'm a bit nervous when it comes to doing this as a analyst 1 because ill actually need to use my brain a lot more in the morning leading up to lunch time and not sure if I can depend solely on black coffee and water up to then.

Does anyone have experience with intermediate fasting / staying sharp doing it? Or should I move my yogurt meal as breakfast before i go to the office
