My bank (top 10) speaks highly about internal mobility. It sounds like a crazy concept to me to express wanting to leave your team, even though my boss seems like he’d support/understand it. What’s the best practice here? Express it to my boss or just start networking internally and risk having him start to sniff it out. Anyone have success in internal mobility?
