Internal Referral System for Banks

Hi everyone,

I'm a sophomore going through the SA recruiting process. I noticed that some banks (Citi, Evercore, etc) have specific recruiting teams that gather together and select interview candidates in a meeting, while other banks have an internal referral system where employees refer candidates into a system. I realized for the former, alumni networking weighs significantly more. I somewhat ran out of alumni contacts, so I'm trying to find out which banks have the internal referral system (the latter) so that I could start networking with non-alumni. I know CS and BofA have internal referral systems, but was wondering if people in the industry could help me and other recruits out by providing banks with the internal system.

Thank you so much for your time! Hope you have a great day and a week.
