Does London based banks send you temporarily abroad to work at other international offices?
From experience, Magic Circle law firms can send you during your 2 years training contract into Paris/Frankfurt/Milan offices for 6 or 12 months to try other departments.
Does banks have something similar?
It worked for me, but global mobility programs were stopped due to Covid. Nobody really knows when they'll restart.
Consultancies do it also.
Industry also have global mobility programs.
