international student, MSF program, no-targeting university how to break into I-B for summer inter
Here is my situation:
(1) international student, just finish 1-year MSF program and will continue another major for business analytic in UTDallas.
(2) pass CFA level 1 and will continue for FRM in this November
(3) English okay, doing intern for the local real estate analyst now. but not related to the bank
my question is :
(1) any chance i can break into for the 2015 summer intern for I-B around local area.my two weakness:(1) international student, MSF program.
(2)how to find the local target I-B? where i can get start.

Leave FRM and CFA aside for now. Those won't help you with the summer internship. Use that time to study up on valuation and networking instead.
