Would you consider taking up the return offer at your MM firm?
To be honest, London will be difficult. A university name that is not recognised + a MM firm (that I assume is not that recognisable) won't make you the most competitive candidate. That combined with the fact that FT recruiting in London is very tough (even though many banks haven't started interviewing yet, there are very few spaces for FT applicants as the summer interns are given most of the Analyst spots), will make what you are trying to achieve difficult.
However, with that being said, it is by no means impossible. Having the right to work in the UK is a big step in your favour, and some bankers in London may still give you a shot should your CV read well. Good luck.
