International students & sponsorship
Hey all,
I received offers, because of culture/fit, I am highly considering between some top MM banks (Jefferies/HL). I spoke to HR and they said that they would sponsor me for an H1B Visa were I to get a full time offer, but I am wondering if someone has further insight into the h1-b Visa process at these top MMs. I am very happy with working at these firms, but am also wondering if it is possible to move to a BB from a top MM firm for H1B Visa purposes? For background, I have British citizenship.
