This sucks. I’m not sure if this is a market thing. RBC NY gave 100% of offers to associates in the healthcare team
Good to know, but it scares me. My bank is not a BB, so I’m not sure if other MM banks like Piper are doing bad and will cut associates/analyst too.
Know multiple summer associates and analysts across various groups who got cut here.
It's a public company with easily accessible quarterly financials. The firm is up big year over year so certainly not a firm issue. I'm guessing it's a group issue. O&G? I can't imagine that group is doing well with oil where it's at.
