Interns - how we doing?

Slow Friday in the office and I’m bored. Curious to hear how the interns are doing/feeling after their first two weeks of the internship. Would be helpful to know what firm/group/school you’re affiliated with. Also definitely available to offer advice about how to convert to a return offer/how to recruit while working (for sophs/freshmen) that might be doing a boutique or other finance internship

Slow Friday for me too. Intern at a MM group in healthcare coverage and from a super nontarget school. Internship is going well, a lot of ebs and flows in terms of workload but the worst days are manageable. Seniors don’t really interact with the interns but the analyst and associates are very helpful and always willing to talk to summer analysts. Loving it so far!

Sounds good. Congrats. Keep in mind that the analysts and associates are going to be determining if you get a return so keep making a good impression
