Slow Friday for me too. Intern at a MM group in healthcare coverage and from a super nontarget school. Internship is going well, a lot of ebs and flows in terms of workload but the worst days are manageable. Seniors don’t really interact with the interns but the analyst and associates are very helpful and always willing to talk to summer analysts. Loving it so far!

Seniors don’t care that much beyond getting you in the internship. From there they usually defer to the ones working closest with you to make the judgement of whether you get to stay or not.
