Internship in Investment banking with BBA in Hospitality Management

Hello everyone,

I've a few questions and i hope you guys can help me out.

I'm from the Netherlands and 26 years old. Currently i am following International Hotel and Hospitality Management in a International university which is member of the leading hotelschools in the world. I will obtain a Bachelor in Business Administration in Hospitality Management this year.

I'm in my final year and i only have to complete a management internship before receiving my diploma. The course is, although it is hotelmanagement, very broad. Some following domains are covered:

Managerial Finance Hospitality Leadership Human Resource Management Operations Management Marketing Management Information and Communication Management

One of my optionals was 'Principles of Investment Management' given by a former investment banker and i did a practical internship in Spain and France

My question is (after al this info :$) what are my chances to get an internship within an investment bank? I want to learn as much as i can through this internship and at the same time get an insight of the investment banking industry. I am sure that i can give myself 200% for the job and adapt to any company culture.

The placement office from my school requires that it is an internship related with the hospitality industry. I would love to do M&A (maybe participate on a deal within the hospitality industry) but i am aware that i need more knowledge of finance for that. Are there investment banks providing extensive trainings for people with not a really strong background in finance?

I'm directly available so i wanna start immediately, do you know if this is possible? The duration of the internship needs to be at least 19 weeks. I want to do the internship either in London or in NY. What are my chances?
