I am currently a rising junior at UCLA and interning at Metlife national accounts customer unit. The problem is that my finance exposure is very limited. Although, I am to put a positive spin on my internship experience since I won the metlife intern financial planning scholarship award. Essentially, I have two options; A. stay with the customer unit and work as a financial analyst intern and B. transition to financial services.
Which internship experience would be more beneficial for a transition to an ibanking internship(preferrably in a m&a dept.)?
