Interpret Ballard Powers cash flow statement

Hi.
Totally new here, so If I post this in the wrong place please let me know!
I find it hard to analyze Ballard Powers cash flow statement since all numbers are positive. This accounts for the 5 latest annual reports. But if I should take an example. The annual report of 2018. Regarding the total financing activities that year it is 186,136. Would you say this amount is positive, meaning it represent what they have received in different ways.
Regarding investing activities, the total amount is 23,115. Would you say this amount is negative, meaning it represent the amount that has been invested in different things like fixed and none-fixed assets?

Thank you for your time and help.

You just replied to a bot.

In the future, when you ask a question, provide as much as info possible. Post links to the said annual reports. Even better if you post a screenshot and post a link that will take people straight to the figures you are asking. No one is going to spend their time googling, opening an annual report and scroll through all the pages.

You will see on the left side of the cash flow statement "Cash provided by / (used in)."

This will tell you whether it is a net inflow or net outflow. If it says "provided by" and the number is positive, it is a net inflow of cash. If it says "(used in)" and the number is negative, it is a net outflow of cash.
