They will def. ask your GPA in the interview (VPs-MDs) Good luck defending it
If you didn't lie, you should be fine.It may come up during your interview though.
GPA = Get foot in the door.
Just don't lie about it like ShortmyCDO said. Make sure you have a story of why it is low and what you did to improve it.
