Interview ended early, good or bad?
Hi all, if an interview ends around 10mins ahead of schedule, is it usually positive or negative? Interested in what you guys think

Depends. Did it seem like you had good responses to their questions? Did the interviewer seem engaged and interested in what you were saying? At the end of the interview did you ask interesting questions to them?
If it’s a behavioral- bad. If it’s technical only, then good
Oh why so? Gave concise and to the point answers to the qns. Was thinking maybe that was why it was quick?
It really depends, do you not have a feeling about how it went? During my uni days I had an interview for a summer internship scheduled for 1 hour and it lasted half. Got the offer in the end so make of that what you will.
I had a awkward ending lol but I’m sure itsall good she said great talking to you and my dumbass spit out me too lol
I wouldn't read too much into it. If you felt like you weren't having good convos that's one thing. If your answers were really short that's not necessarily great, you should have more of a conversation with your interviewer.
I have been an interviewer for years and can usually make a yes/no decision on a candidate within 5 or 10 minutes, unless they really stumble at the end. They likely made their decision early on (and that decision could have been yes) and didn't feel like they needed to waste either of your time, esp if the interview was an hour long
Did you have questions for the interviewer? Usually if it ends that early you should ask a few questions
In terms of stumbling, when she said I enjoyed talking to you had a brain fart and said me too but played it off and said have a great thanksgiving you think that’s enough to turn a yes into a no?
No that's totally fine
Yea asked some questions in the end
If you said “me too” in response, but the rest of our convo was good I would just laugh about it after hanging up but wouldn’t alter my opinion of the interview (unless you complete spazzed after lol).. let us know how the call goes
