Interview Help - High school junior

Hi I'm a high school junior who through some luck and emails was able to land an interview with a small mm/ regional( idk about terminology) bank. Im meeting with them on Friday and don't really know what to expect. I'm only in high school so I wanted to solicit some feedback on how you guys answered the fit questions: why finance etc. Also any misc advice would be appreciated Thanks

MatthiasBe prepared for: "How was Junior prom?"
LOL

But in all seriousness, you need to think of your own answers to fit questions, because they're about YOU and not anybody else. WIth that said, there are still a couple of things you can do to give yourself better chances: 1. Structure your answer, esp. your "story" 2. Provide real-life examples and anecdotes whenever you make a point about yourself 3. Practice your answers

IN terms of what kinds of questions to expect, they'd probably be: 1. Why finance? 2. Why should we hire you, a HS student, over a college student who has much more experience/knowledge? 3. WHat have you done in HS that you're proud of (i.e. are you smart and accomplished) etc. etc.
