Interview Question - If you could change one thing about your experience
Would this be a good question to ask an interviewer at the end of the interview?
" If you could change one thing about your experience at Bank X what would it be and why?"
I'd stick with positive/neutral questions.
"What was one thing that surprised you about your experience, or something you got out of the experience but had not counted on?"
That will often get the same type of response but won't be seen as possibly negative.
