Interview: What's IB Business Management (middle office)?
I have an interview for the business management team at a BB. The job description includes:
- Project management;
- Internal controls;
- System maintenances, testing, and enhancement;
- Management information, performance information, analytics on market data, stakeholder feedback
Does anyone have insight on what this team does? How should I prepare? A brief overview would be greatly appreciated. Separately, with this role, I'm wondering if there could be an internal transfer/lateral to FO down the road, considering I have previous placements across FO IB/PE. I'm a recent graduate and haven't been able to convert interviews into offers.
