Hi, if you have a final round interview somewhere, how much does your personality account for?
Lets say you were good on the questions but not great but you really clicked with the interviewer, does that mean you have a good chance or not?

Fitting in is more important than nailing all of the technicals. As long as you meet a baseline level of competence, it's all about personality.
Funnily enough I was told there may well be a technical but the he only asked me 5 competency based questions. I nailed two of them but the other three I could have answered better. BUT we really clicked and we chatted a lot as well.
