Advised them on a deal - MIRA / MAM is the most dysfunctional team i've ever seen and worked with. Like 1million people on the deal team with an expert in every field you can think of, each chiming in with their 2 cents as to what they want built into the model. 0/10 woud not recommend

that said, pay is pretty meh from what i heard - base is 70k for analysts and not sure on bonus (think c 40-70%). Amongst infra PE, definitely getting rinsed for the amount of work you will do - esp when canadian pension funds will pay a load more on base (OTTP is like 80+) BX and the like are around the 80+ mark too.

 

surprised to hear this given MIRA is highly regarded in the infra space. I'm getting maybe this is just their london team and their US office is probably stronger? Any other infra funds you've worked with that you rate?
