Investment Banking at Santander
I saw that Santander does M&A advisory in Europe and Latin America from their website but was curious if they had any investment banking presence in the US. If so what type of deals do they do?
Also: from their website they seem to be involved in structured finance and securitization. Can anyone shed some light about these groups or what the deals are like? It seems like it mostly infrastructure and renewable energy focused.
