Investment Banking - Interview after final round
Hello everyone,
I was in a selection process for an entry level position in a IB boutique. I think I did a good impression to the interviewers and now, after the selection process is concluded, the hiring manager want to meet face-to-face (for unspecified reasons).
A part of me is hoping for an offer, since I had a positive feeling about my interview (I've good reasons) and the company is very interesting/promising; on the other hand I'm concerned that it might be something else.
Did any of you got through the same experience?
Thanks in advance!
Mate, come on. If you did the final round already and the hiring manager wants to meet with you, what do you think it is? There’s like a .001% chance it’s not a decision about your candidacy.
Should've mentioned that it's actually the MD since there isn't a formal "hiring manager" role since it's a small boutique.
congrats on the offer.
Thanks guys, I guess I just wanted some reassurances about it.
