Investment Banking Interview Follow Up HELP!!!!

So I just interviewed for a 1st year Investment Banking position with a big bank in NYC. My interviews consisted of three separate phone interviews, all with Senior Associates.

First interview went well however I goofed up on one question related to DCF however the interviewer said since this was a first year position, he didn't expect someone to know the answer. He also said he was going to recommend me to the staffer.

Second interview went very well and in response to my thank you email, the interviewer responded by saying it was very nice to speak to me. I am assuming since he said it was very nice, it went well. I nailed every technical question and behavioral question.

Third interview was with the staffer/hiring manager. It also went very well and he said at the end of the call that they are still trying to figure out the interview process and they will be in touch for next steps once things are figured out.

It has been a week with no response and I sent a follow up email to the hiring manager asking about some color on the timeline of the interview process.

Its been a day and a half and no response.

Should I be worried!?
