Hi guys, a friend of mine is looking to list his company in the US. His company is based in China and operates in the media space there. Let's say he consults me to arrange something for him here and I help him. Aside from him paying me directly, would I be able to get referral fees from the investment banks here? If not, how does one get paid for arranging the services in such situation? It's valued at roughly half a billion internally and they're looking to float maybe 40%. Thank you very much.
