Is 31-32 too old for VP at IB?
Came from a non target school and had to lateral twice before landing a IB job, at the current timeline assuming 3 years associate to VP. Am I considered old as a VP at 31-32?

Not at all. Had VPs vary widely in age from 27 to 37. All had different paths obviously to get to VP.
