Is anyone else worried about getting laid off?

1st year analyst in M&A, deal flow is so fucking slow atm, deals keep getting halted I’m getting really worried that I may get laid off. Anyone else dealing w this at their firms?

Don’t suck and you will be fine.

More detailed advice:

If Coverage, learn your space. Read trade materials, research, old pitches, old deals (CIMs, LPs, IPs, RAPs, Bake offs)

Remodel old deals. Remodel them based on todays conditions.

Keep doing until market picks up
