Is anyone understaffed and busy?

Dec 2022 was really light and able to take week vacation during Christmas, now this month all the deals have picked back up and then some (few more onboarded)

Hours have been bad across the team and wanted to know how everyone else is handling it. Team is thinking of picking up another analyst but to get them onboarded and 100% would take too long in addressing the immediate problem

Morale is low and if we pick up another deal / bake-off, the QoL for everyone will drop significantly

The hours have been ...manageable... but potentially not sustainable - how's everyone else's year started.
