are all the keyboard short cuts the same in bootcamp as it is in windows for excel?

Yes, but I believe the Mac keyboards are missing some keys that Dell keyboards or whatever generally have, like page up or whatever
For the most part yes, just make sure that you install the bootcamp drivers once Windows is installed or else everything get's all screwy. The main thing you'll notice that's different is that the command button, which acts as the Windows Key, comes after the control and alt buttons, instead of in between.
